Mental Breakdown
Mental breakdown is referred to or often used when a person has a mental health crisis that overcomes their emotions. A mental breakdown is also commonly known as nervous breakdown but are not generally considered to have a medical diagnosis.
Here are at least 8 signs of a mental breakdown:
Not enough or too much sleep
Depression or anxiety
Brain fog
Withdrawal from social events or friends
Physical pain
Loss of appetite/Too much appetite
I myself can identify with a few symptoms I experience such as insomnia, depression/anxiety , withdrawal from social events and loss of appetite and I’ve been experiencing this a lot lately.
