Why Suicidal Thoughts Occur
No one is ever exempted from having bouts of suicidal thoughts ….. especially not those who are experiencing anxiety and mental health problems… I admit that I’m no exemption to this as well…
Suicidal feelings can be very confronting and difficult to understand why people have reached this point where they consider ending their life.

Anyone can be affected by suicidal feelings regardless of age , gender or background.
What Causes People To Become Suicidal?
People who struggle to cope with certain difficulties in life are prone to having suicidal feelings or thoughts. Common causes are:
Mental health problems
Bullying , prejuice or stigma,
Bereavement
Physical , domestic or sexual abuse
Breakups or end of relationships
Long term physical pain or illness
Adjustment to big change
Financial problems
Housing problems
Isolation or loneliness
Being in prison
Feeling inadequate or a failure
Doubts about sexual gender or identity
Cultural pressure
Society’s expectations
Others

My Own Thoughts: I admit I have had my fair share of having suicidal thoughts and even attempted on slashing my wrists (twice) – from feeling too lonely …and having my feelings ignored a lot - It's like no one ever listens to me at all - not even my family.
